many options helpful staff comfortable beds
The breakfast included many options. I found the staff in the breakfast rooms helpful. The rooms are modern and clean.. Beds are comfortable too. Staff provided assistance, although it wasn't overly friendly. The hotel is a walk from the city center, so consider this if you are with family. It does add extra travel time to the sights. I appreciated the quiet room location.

Excellent stay near the prater
chic decor outdoor patio grocery store
The room decor was CHIC. I found multiple places to sit downstairs. A lovely outdoor patio existed. I appreciated the breakfast room. It had many choices. The location proved ideal, situated near public transport and the BILLA grocery store.
the kettle in my room was dirty, though staff replaced it promptly. I found this inconvenient.

staff members were friendly. they efficiently handled my request to extend my stay by one night. reception operates 24/7, staff there is attentive. the staff was lovely, I felt valued.

a decent experience
good selection friendly staff convenient location dirty kettle missing tissues few cups
the breakfast offered a good selection i found the staff to be quite friendly too the hotel's proximity to various sights was convenient i could walk or use the underground easily
my room had no tissues that was inconvenient the kettle was dirty upon arrival i did get a replacement quickly however there were only two cups provided i needed five
