The Wilhelmshof serves a breakfast buffet with local, organic, and fair-trade products Tuesday to Friday from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m., Saturday to Monday (and on public holidays and long week-ends) from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. The hotel bar, decorated in red and orange tones, is open from 8 a.m. until midnight, serving wines, organic juices, and coffee. Organic or genuine Viennese products such as organic Cola, Höllinger juices, wines from Viennese vineyards, Manner wafers, or ' Gute Schokolade ' by plant-for-the-planet are available at fair prices.

The hotel features a green gARTen displaying Ty Waltinger's artwork. More than half of the energy for water heating comes from its own solar plant.
