The room was quite spacious and exceeded my expectations. I found the downstairs coffee shop very convenient, it provided excellent service. The lobby possessed a cosy and inviting atmosphere. It was always well maintained.

The hotel lacked a phone in the room for contacting staff. This made requesting assistance inconvenient. The walls seemed too thin, I easily heard noises from neighboring rooms. Some mold patches was in the shower, requiring attention.

The staff was generally friendly. They offered helpful assistance. Baggage storage service works efficiently and securely. Check-in occurred two hours before the official time, this made my arrival easier.
