The breakfast offered a good variety of options. I especially liked the awesome coffee place. The staff members were amicable and helpful, answering any questions I had.

i really enjoyed the spacious and tidy room. the breakfasts had a great variety and were delicious. the hotel staff were very friendly, and they helped me with directions. i thought the hotel being near the metro station u3 was super convenient.
the water pressure wasn't always consistent, especially during peak hours. this happened a couple of times. it was a bit of a minor inconvenience.

A Balanced View

The hotel had a 24hr bar. I found the staff good. The rooms were decent. The location is ideal for family with kids. The food was AMAZING!!!
The waitress kept answering me in German. I had to show her with my hands what tap water means. The room was nice, except for a little hole on the ceiling. There was dust in the corner next to my bed.
