the hotel is near st stephen's cathedral, so it's convenient for sightseeing. the metro station is also a short walk away. i had complimentary hot drinks and fruit, a bonus i wasn't expecting. the location was ideal for accessing many attractions, so i taxied less.

I noticed some wear in the room. A fresh coat of paint would enhance its appearance, though it was functional.

I received a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful room. The staff member was very kind. The room featured a Nespresso machine. There was also a smart TV with Netflix for entertainment.

The bedside charging outlet did not function. The curtains failed to block all daylight. The shower design allowed water to leak onto the floor. This was inconvenient.
