the staff at the reception desk was really friendly. they were informative too! the room was spacious and clean. breakfast had a good selection.

I asked for extra pillows. different people behind the desk said they didn't have any. It was a huge disappointment. the hotel seemed worn. there were noticeable signs of wear in common areas.

I found the room spacious plus very clean. The hotel offers a secure parking space and i do appreciate this service. The front desk was polite. Their helpfulness I appreciated a lot, as I needed assistance during my check-in.

I did note that one of the windows would not open. I had to borrow a fan. It was minor but still a point to note.

The hotel provides a rich breakfast, the selection covered many bases I found. Coffee and Friends is a nearby cafe. I recommend it to guests. The bar was nice for a nightcap after my day was over.

The room was quite large plus it had good sunlight. The curtains were good. They darkened the room well at night. A bathtub existed. I always think this is a good feature to have.
