The staff were very helpful at reception. The hotel has convenient parking. I consider this above average for a European hotel. Public transport is nearby which allows easy access to the city.

The fridge in my room was dirty. There was some mould inside, a quite unpleasant find. I also observed that the room seemed outdated. It looked that maintenance throughout the hotel was lacking.

the rooms are very spacious! i like the air conditioning, it kept the room super cool during the summer. the staff was super friendly, i appreciated that.

the room had only two towels for two people, and they were a little small. also, the toilet wasnt very clean, so they needs to change those seats!

The hotel offers good breakfast options. The room was clean and I find it very nice. Its location next to subway, bus and tram is excellent. I also appreciate the quirky music theme throughout the hotel, rooms, and facilities.

The room had a slight smell, it could be from the bathroom but it was not strong.
