excellent theme comfortable bed helpful staff metro proximity

the hotel interior design theme was excellent. our superior double room pop courtyard view had comfortable bed. Staff were kind and helpful with directions. the metro station close proximity was very convenient for getting around.

the bathroom fan in my room didn't work. This resulted in an unpleasant smell and I told it to the front desk, but no action happened .

the hotel enjoys a location NEAR to public transport options. the metro and bus stops allow quick access to central city areas. a shopping mall is close, this adds convenience.

The staff were very helpful at reception. The hotel has convenient parking. I consider this above average for a European hotel. Public transport is nearby which allows easy access to the city.

The fridge in my room was dirty. There was some mould inside, a quite unpleasant find. I also observed that the room seemed outdated. It looked that maintenance throughout the hotel was lacking.

spacious room friendly staff small towel dirty toilet

the rooms are very spacious! i like the air conditioning, it kept the room super cool during the summer. the staff was super friendly, i appreciated that.

the room had only two towels for two people, and they were a little small. also, the toilet wasnt very clean, so they needs to change those seats!

The hotel offers good breakfast options. The room was clean and I find it very nice. Its location next to subway, bus and tram is excellent. I also appreciate the quirky music theme throughout the hotel, rooms, and facilities.

The room had a slight smell, it could be from the bathroom but it was not strong.
