a charming escape in the city

spacious accommodation comfortable bed helpful staff

i appreciated the very clean and spacious accommodation with a comfortable bed. a walk-in shower provided convenience, and good heating ensured warmth. the staff were helpful and allowed us to keep the car a bit longer. the room included a kettle and coffee capsules.

we booked a suite but the room only included two coffee capsules. every extra one cost money, it felt unfair. it could be better, and more guest-focused.

the apartment is modern and clean, and the kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher. a garage is in the basement with an elevator bringing you to the right floor. just outside the building there is a tram.

this hotel has a very good location. some great international restaurants are around. the proximity to public transport means you can easily use the tram, bus, or metro. it is convenient and close to many places.

The apartment had a well fitted kitchen and plenty of space! I appreciated having two balconies with ample room. On-site hosts were responsive. The parking was great.

Staff arranged transportation to the airport for me early in the morning! The staff were accommodating and helpful with requests. The hosts were amazing and responsive to all our needs . I felt well cared for.

The apartment had a bedroom, a living room with a pull-out couch, and a fully equipped kitchen! The hotel overall felt very clean. Linens were changed every third day which was a great touch. The beds were also comfortable.

the location is great! it's very close to public transportation. i walked to belvedere palace and it was awesome! there's an italian restaurant and a cozy iris pub nearby. grocery stores are super close too! the underground parking with lift access was very convenient.

The kitchen didn't have basic supplies like salt or oil. I had to buy it. i only got two coffee pods for a three-night stay, and refills cost extra. It was annoying. also, the listing said there was 24/7 reception, but it closes at 10pm. that's misleading!

the apartment was spacious with air conditioning. i found the parking garage very roomy. a free laundry room was available. there are nice restaurants nearby.

the room was not clean enough upon my arrival the first night. the reception fixed it after i notified them. the room has a very bad odour and i could not find its origin.

the location provide easy access to the city center via the nearby tram stop. i noticed several restaurants, bakeries, and supermarkets in the immediate area. walking to the first district requires about thirty minutes.
