the hotel is close to a major shopping street and has restaurants nearby. dora at the front desk was very kind and accommodated our request for early check-in. we had a couple of apartments and superior rooms all of which were super clean. the hotel's central location combined with great service ensured a comfortable stay. i found the location to be excellent and the service to be efficient.

the gym and sauna were not available which was disappointing as i specifically chose the hotel for those amenities otherwise the hotel was perfectly functional. i would have preferred to use those facilities as that was a key factor in my decision.

the rooms have modern decor and offer quiet spaces for rest plus i noticed they were well maintained. the room i had included ample storage and a dedicated workspace for convenience plus the provided amenities were regularly restocked. i also liked that the climate control system was easy to use.

the hotel's location is near a metro station allowing for easy access to many parts of the city plus i found it convenient. there are also several shops within a short walk offering various shopping options i noted. the area felt safe to walk around in even late at night.

the hotel staff were consistently polite and quick to address any requests i had and i was grateful for it. they provided useful recommendations for local attractions and restaurants adding value to my stay. i appreciated their attention to detail.

The breakfast selection met my expectations it had good variety.

The gym was quite disappointing it lacked modern equipment. Housekeeping only cleaned the rooms every four days this was not sufficient for my standards. The air conditioning did not seem to work properly making the room uncomfortably warm.

Room was spacious for three adults. Air conditioning worked well in the summer heat. The parking garage was next to the hotel. Its location is close to a subway station.

The hotel staff moved us to an apartment. It had a shower and easier access. They gave us a discount on the price. I thank Amir, the maintenance person, because he helped us a lot during the move.
