i found the room had sufficient lamps, and they all worked. there were also coffee and tea facilities in the room. the bed was excellent, ensuring i slept well each night! the proximity to prater was convenient for my concert visit.

my only slight issue was the corridors smelled a bit strange, but it wasn't overwhelming.

A typical austrian-style buffet breakfast was available. It had a good variety of options. the staff was very accommodating. i noticed they kept the area tidy, too.

The reception staff were helpful. They quickly addressed my requests. whenever i needed something like extra towels, they arrived promptly. the cleaning staff also did a great job. They kept my room very neat.

The gym lacked proper maintenance. i found several machines out of order. this included a treadmill and a stationary bike. also, the room service was not up to standard. It was inconvenient to collect my own order from the restaurant, detracting from the experience i expect.

The metro was very near. It was only a short walk from the building. Beds felt comfortable and provided spaciousness. Room cleaning happened every day and towels got changed.

The furniture seemed quite old. I did not see a bathrobe and sleepers in the room at first. I did ask at reception and they give them to me. It was weird for me.
