Superb Experience!

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room had a useful minibar and a handy desk. Everything was kept clean and orderly when we got there! I really liked it. They speak Spanish, made communication simple.

The breakfast was too basic. It only had pastries and cold cuts.

The location is on the calmer side! It is still close enough to the center. It's well connected via waterbus to the main attractions. A canal is also directly next to the hotel.

The staff members were amazing and very accommodating! They were always ready to assist and ensure all needs were met. They also helped us store our luggage after checkout. They offer great support!

The staff was very helpful and professional.

The room was smaller than expected and did not look like what I've booked. The bed consisted in a Murphy bed, it was uncomfortable and creaky. The pillows were thin and hard. The bedsheets felt rough to the touch. Sleep quality suffered.
