i found the location quite convenient. it was a short walk to bus and tram stations. i purchased tickets and booked a taxi right at the reception. the breakfast offered a good choice of items, too.
The bathroom in my room was very small. I felt a bit cramped.

our room was cleaned daily and the balcony was a pleasant surprise. i was able to purchase public transport tickets at the front desk, very convenient. private parking on site was really useful, rare in a city center area like this.
i noticed noise was an issue, doors closing in the hallway were audible. from 7 a.m., when guests started breakfast, it was hard to sleep. i could also hear neighbors and toilet flushing. this affected my sleep quality.
