The housekeeping staff paid close attention to details, providing extra water. Chocolates looked as a sweet surprise each evening. The turndown service prepared the bed for a restful night.

The breakfast included many options. I found the breakfast area to be clean. Staff responded quickly to my requests for extra pillows. My room was very quiet.

strong odor cigar smoking

the staff were pleasant and accommodating, a positive aspect of my visit.

my welcome was not warm. the initial room had a strong odor, and the second room felt small. i was surprised by cigar smoking allowed in the bar as the smell pervaded the hotel..

interior decoration high quality food faulty shower smaller room

the breakfast room had very nice interior decoration. i also found the service excellent and the food of high quality. i was particularly impressed with the attentive staff and the variety of choices available each morning. i enjoyed my time there .

The shower did not work well in my allocated room. i had to pack and move to a different room. this room was also smaller than my previous one. It was quite inconvenient.
