Superb Location, Nice Stay!

The hotel stood in the heart of the downtown area. It was close to everything, yet located away from the bustling boat areas, offering a quieter experience. Private water taxi service was available for convenient transportation to and from the accommodation, very helpful. I stayed in the king suitewith a canal view. It was amazing!!!
The breakfast choices were very good. the shower head sprayed water everywhere and definitely needed replacement. the whirl pool bath only worked on the first usage. I mentioned both issues at check-out.

The location was excellent. I found it easy to reach many attractions. the staff were really friendly and helpful . i had a king suite with a canal view, and it exceeded my expectations. the hotel provided a private water taxi service, a convenient option for transportation.
The shower head released water in an odd pattern. I think it needed replacing.

Breakfast was served in rooms with canal views, a nice touch. i saw venetian ladies served. They was professional. the breakfast choices presented a superb variety, i did not expect so many options.

The hotel sits in a part of the city not too touristy. It was nice. i discovered little streets and shops of the castello district. the location is central, yet quiet, which i really appreciated. It provided easy access to san marco.
