The location across from the main train station was convenient. It gave easy access to transportation. Staff members were helpful and kind. Breakfast had varied options, and I appreciated it greatly.

The breakfast had many options with fresh salad and cheese. a coffee machine dispensed chocolate and cappuccino. Many sweet cakes were also available. i liked the bottled water provided free in the room.
the room's comfort was somewhat lacking, as the bed felt too firm for my liking.

The staff was very friendly and cute. the room was super clean. I loved the breakfast they served. it saved me time, and the food was tasty. I would definitely book a room here again!
The ac wasn't very strong in my room. It could have been cooler.

The hotel is located just across from the train station. it made access to venice simple. It is a less than 15 minute train ride. there are restaurants near by, very convenient.

The front desk staff handled check-in efficiently. a staff member named fillipo was good humoured and helpful. He made a great first impression. the team accommodated luggage storage while i explored venice after checkout

a good stay
convenient location excellent staff good breakfast friendly service
the hotel's location proved convenient (right across from the train station!). i found transportation into venice very easy. the staff was friendly and provided excellent service. the breakfast offered a very good selection of items and was well worth it.
the air conditioning was slightly temperamental . it wasn't a major issue, but it did require a little adjusting to find the perfect setting.

the room had sufficient space and was very clean. it featured a comfortable queen bed and a well-kept bathroom. the provided amenities allowed me to relax and settle down quickly after a long journey.
