I loved how close everything was! st marks square and the san zaccharia vaporetto stop were steps away. phillepo and the super nice team. the breakfast was amazing. I devoured many cappuccinos and pastries. it was really nice!

the staircase had a slight odor sometimes , but it wasn't too bad.

I found the location amazing. It was near the vaporetto stop. the beds were quite comfortable, a real plus after long days. staff accommodated my request for twin beds, a nice touch! air conditioning worked perfectly.
