a charming experience!

I appreciated the prompt service. The bellman efficiently managed our luggage and provided a room tour immediately. the bartender, david, arranged cocktail and dinner reservations at the sister hotel. It was a great experience! the building's location right next to the orange line vaporetto stop simplified our arrival from the airport.

The pillow quality was poor. They felt flat and cheap. additionally, the towels lacked softness and had a distinct vinegar scent. i hope they will change them soon!

Our room featured comfortable beds. it had ample storage. an espresso maker was available. the bathroom included unique tile work with pink, cream, iridescent and gold elements. This created a luxurious atmosphere.

The building is on the grand canal with its own water taxi. this provided seamless arrival and departure. this is very convenient. the front desk helped us a lot. Their service was efficient.

the staff was attentive, addressing my needs promptly! the location was convenient near the vaporetto stop for easy exploration. the breakfast included fresh pastries and a variety of fruit. i also appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel.

The air conditioning was not working properly. The room remained too warm. the bathroom was small and lacked sufficient counter space. twice, i had to ask for the room to be serviced! the elevator was slow.

the location is next to the ca rezzonico vaporetto stop. the staff were helpful and provided assistance. we were upgraded to a front room. this provided us with views of the grand canal.

the room lacked a fridge. the shower was old, and the shower head kept falling. there was nowhere to put the tea tray and things. the window was locked tight and there was no air conditioning
