The stairs were a bit of a challenge because there was no elevator. the room felt noisy at night because of the street. the pillows were too firm for my liking. They didn't allow me to rest properly.

acceptable locationunusual key policyloud housekeeping
The location was ACCEPTABLE for my needs. It is very close to the main square.
I found it ODD to leave my key every time I exited the building. I have never encountered this before. Housekeeping was quite loud at 8 AM. I could hear them shouting to each other and knocking on doors. There should be a 'do not disturb' option to prevent such disturbances.
