Charmed by the Hotel Stay!

I loved the great facilities at the hotel. Location was excellent. It had several trams to the city center nearby. Staff were very helpful to me. Zuzanna were pretty good too. She is a great asset.

A kettle in the room would been perfect, I must say. Tea and coffee is offered all day. But you must go down to the reception area for it.

the location provides convenient access using public transportation. the room had fast wifi and a comfortable bed. free hot drinks were available at reception, with a variety of tea and coffee. the staff was helpful and lovely.

I found only a very small thing to mention, the elevator buttons were somewhat hidden. I had to ask for help.
