clean room nicely decorated room great breakfast
The location was excellent above a shopping arcade. The room was nicely decorated, super clean and cozy. Breakfasts were great with lots of options.
The entrance to the hotel was TINY.

charming stay in the heart of it all
key attraction generous size helpful restaurant recommendations
I found the location really good. It was walking distance to key attractions, allowing quick returns for breaks. the room itself was a very generous size for european standards. also. the front desk staff provided helpful restaurant recommendations. i especially appreciated their assistance with a charger i had forgotten. everything was perfect, and more
the constantly locked front door felt a bit restrictive, i must say. it required someone to let me in each time. it was like i should limit my trips.

tasteful decor atmospheric lighting friendly staff
the queen suite was nice with minimalist decor. the temperature was right and there was atmospheric lighting. the staff were professional and friendly.

substandard cleanliness clogged shower drain
The location was convenient. It made city exploration feasible.
The room's cleanliness was substandard. Dust and dirt were visible on the floor. the heating system proved inadequate. The room was not sufficiently warm. The shower drain was clogged. Water pooled during showers.
