the room included a large balcony. the bathroom had an amazing power shower, very refreshing. the dining area was great with chairs for family discussions. the location near restaurants was very useful.

inconsistent room service
the room service was inconsistent some days things were missed. i found a stain on a towel once i found a hair in the shower other times the cleaning was spot on it wasn't reliable. i expected better from a hotel of this supposed caliber the noise at night was pretty noticeable.

The room felt very spacious and included cooking appliances plus plates, glasses, forks, and spoons. I found two fridges useful. The hotel's location is quite convenient. It's close to a metro station and a bus station near the European Commission.
The shower drain was a little clogged, though it wasn't a major issue.
