i found the room spacious. it reminded me of an apartment with everything i needed. the bathroom had a bathtub. the bed was comfortable.

wonderful stay near eu area
excellent location spacious room friendly staff
the hotel location worked well for my meetings. the room was very spacious , larger than many city hotels i have visited. the reception staff were friendly , always ready to assist with a smile.
i noticed some dust in the bathroom , it seemed cleaning was not thorough before my arrival. i think the hotel could address this to improve guest satisfaction.

the room included a large balcony. the bathroom had an amazing power shower, very refreshing. the dining area was great with chairs for family discussions. the location near restaurants was very useful.

slow elevators inconsistent room service
the elevators seemed slow it took a while to get to my floor. the room service was inconsistent some days things were missed. i found a stain on a towel once i found a hair in the shower other times the cleaning was spot on it wasn't reliable. i expected better from a hotel of this supposed caliber the noise at night was pretty noticeable.

The room felt very spacious and included cooking appliances plus plates, glasses, forks, and spoons. I found two fridges useful. The hotel's location is quite convenient. It's close to a metro station and a bus station near the European Commission. Elevators are available and the reception desk operates 24/7..
The shower drain was a little clogged, though it wasn't a major issue.
