The breakfast was quite rich with many options. The service during breakfast was excellent. I found it quite attentive. The location is also very convenient near transport links. Rooms are well equipped AND comfortable.

I was asked to sign a document regarding my dog's potential issues. It was not clear about the level of problems. This created uncertainty. The room seemed to retain odors from previous smokers. The carpets felt a bit stinking.

the hotel location is great and close to the tube. it is also near tourist attractions (i especially enjoyed visiting the nearby park). they provided extra tea at no cost, which i really appreciated.

i found the coffee machine in the room did not function properly. it was a bit disappointing, as i was looking forward to using it.
