The staff proved professional. They were helpful. I also appreciated the location next to the train station.

I encountered issues . The window faced an office building terrace. Thus, I could not open it because of cigarette smoke. An unpleasant smell emerged around 6 a.m.. Breakfast options proved quite limited. Variety was lacking and the same each day.

The hotel location was very convenient. It was easy to access nearby food, shops, and transportation (train and bus stations). The luggage storage was very helpful both when I arrived and before my departure. I also found the bed fairly comfortable and warm. The room service provided fresh towels daily (a small but appreciated detail).

The location is very convenient next to the train station. The staff was helpful and assist with directions. It was easy for go to other cities because it's just outside the train station, it is a good option.

The hotel rooms are very tiny, with just one towel per person provided.
