a stay needing improvements
dusty room unclean curtains
the noise situation was bad. the room was really dusty. curtains werent clean. i also noticed dust on the furniture, thats terrible.

Solid Choice, Clean and Well-Located
interior courtyard comfortable bed great shower relaxing stay
The staff were nice. My room faced the interior courtyard, so it was quiet at night. The bed was really comfortable. I got good rest here. The bathroom included a very good shower. I found a bidet also. It.
The coffee at breakfast was not great. I prefer stronger coffee to start the day. Everything else was perfect.

The hotel location provides good access to public transportation. I noted easy connections to key areas. The immediate neighborhood seems quiet. I could walk to restaurants and local shops without issues.

Staff are responsive. They address requests quickly. Check-in was efficient. I got my room key fast. The front desk staff was friendly and provided directions around the area when I asked.

decent stay
helpful staff smooth wi-fi relaxing pool high noise expensive breakfast key card
i stayed at this hotel for three nights. the staff were very helpful. the Wi-Fi worked well, it allowed smooth video calls. i also spent some time in the pool, and found it relaxing before my flight home.
The noise levels were high. I could hear people in the hallway. the breakfast seemed expensive considering the limited options. i had trouble getting into my room one day. i went to reception for new cards without receiving any explanation.

big towel comfy robe
The room had two big fluffy bath towels. A travel kettle arrived straight up after I asked for it. I also found robes and slippers, which I liked a lot.
The air-con in the room was a bit noisy.

Average stay, some issues need addressing
high noise expensive breakfast
I encountered a few problems . The noise levels were quite high. I could easily hear people in the hallway and in adjacent rooms. It disrupted my sleep. one day my room key stopped working. I had to go to reception for new cards, but no explanation was provided. The breakfast was not great, especially considering how expensive it was.
