i found the location quite convenient. bus stops are very close to the hotel. the train station is just a short walk away. the front desk staff answered my questions politely and helped with directions.

The shower head flow needed some improvement. It was hard to balance the hot and cold water.

The lobby looked great, very stylish. i appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. They were always ready to assist. the location was very convenient, especially with the metro and train stations nearby. my room was cleaned daily, which i appreciated.
