the staff was friendly. the location offers easy access to public transportation.

i found the location quite convenient. bus stops are very close to the hotel. the train station is just a short walk away. the front desk staff answered my questions politely and helped with directions.

The shower head flow needed some improvement. It was hard to balance the hot and cold water.

The location is very convenient, close to the North station. The room was very nice and clean. I recommend it for short stays. The bed was large and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and professional.

The building has a slightly old smell.

The lobby looked great, very stylish. i appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. They were always ready to assist. the location was very convenient, especially with the metro and train stations nearby. my room was cleaned daily, which i appreciated.

The walls felt thin. I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms, it was a minor inconvenience.

the room was super clean. daily room service was a great option, though i did not use it. a coffee maker allowed me to make espresso.

the bathroom lighting was insufficient.
