attentive coordination clean rooms easy access
The staff demonstrated attentive coordination upon my early arrival. They informed me my room was prepared before the typical check-in time. The cleaning staff maintained very clean rooms and worked efficiently. The team was very good overall. The hotel offers easy access by tram or bus to a central location.
Noise isolation within the rooms seemed insufficient. Guests returning late and slamming doors sometimes caused disturbances.

helpful staff kind touch good pressure
I appreciated the helpful staff. the welcome cocktail was a kind touch. the hotel decor is great. I noticed something new each time i entered the lobby. the shower pressure was good, and hot water was always available.
noise isolation in the rooms is not sufficient though the hotel is great!

The hotel has a gym. I saw modern equipment for workouts. the lobby had comfortable seating and board games were available. the convenient luggage storage was useful after checkout. umbrellas were available for rent when it rained.

a romantic escape in the heart of brussels
professional staff super clean room convenient location
The reception staff impressed me with their friendly and professional approach. they helped me with every request i had. the room cleaning service was really good. My room was super clean. the location is perfect for shopping. Many luxury brands are within a short walk.
during checkout, there was a misunderstanding about a payment transaction, but it was resolved eventually.

mixed feelings about my stay
chaotic check-in misleading token
The check-in process was a bit chaotic. I was told there was a bug in their system after i paid with my card. it took a while to sort out, and i was like i wasn't initially believed. also, i got a drink token but was only told after ordering that it didn't apply to beer. That felt a bit misleading!

Solid Stay
clean room early check-in welcome drink
I stayed four nights. Room size is good and clean. The receptionist let me check in at 10 AM. Check-in is actually at 3 PM. The garage is helpful and close to Metro Naamsepoort. The hotel also offered a welcome drink upon arrival.
The hotel lacks sufficient shelves and I had to hang clothes everywhere.

The breakfast offers a tasty and rich variety and the hotel "51" restaurant allows for a nice dinner. The food I ordered at the bar was amazing and both meals were enjoyable.

amazing hotel experience
cute decoration clean rooms convenient location quick response
the hotel decorations were very cute, i like. the rooms were very clean, this is important. the hotel location was really convenient. staff was very cute, i thank them for quick response when my son injured his hand.
noise isolation in rooms are not sufficient. when guests slam doors, it wake you up. room don't have enough shelves, i must hung clothes everywhere.
