I found the staff to be quite helpful. the hotel provided a coffee pod machine in the room. It was a lovely touch. the bathroom was spacious, a feature i very much enjoyed. i appreciated the selection at breakfast. There were numerous options to choose from.
the parking fee seemed a bit high.

charming room sweet touch fresh choices
the charm double room was adorable. little chocolates welcomed me upon arrival a sweet touch before my wedding. breakfast was lovely with lots of fresh choices it was like a dream.
i found the room a little dark it somewhat affected the overall feel despite the wonderful decor i missed having brighter spaces during the day.

large room nice tub cozy fireplace
my room was large and very good. it had a very nice tub i liked. the fireplace was a nice touch. the large windows opened and this was very nice for my morning coffee.
i didn't like the reception staff. i thought it was unprofessional. they did not offer a welcome drink when i mentioned the issue to them.

check-in was efficient! staff spoke dutch, french, english, and german, helpful. our room was clean, the bathroom spacious. i appreciated the hotel's proximity to the city center.
i had to walk to a separate building to reach my room, a bit inconvenient.

misleading pictures worse decoration
The staff was nice. The location was great. I stayed in an older building. It had character.
The room I booked showed something old. I received something different in a new building. The interior decoration was worse than an Ibis.
