The spa experience was great. The staff were very helpful and cute, especially Deborah and Nelo. They wore pleasant smiles. The room was super clean. Food was great in the restaurant. I liked the variety of options offered.

I found information during check-in lacking. I was not given a clear explanation about all the services available.
