decent stay with some drawbacks

clean hotel kitchen equipment sufficient cutlery no hot water multiple switches limited privacy

the hotel was clean , and the kitchen equipment proved very useful. i found the refrigerator , dishwasher , oven , plates , glasses , and cutlery quite sufficient. a carrefour express is nearby , open on sundays , and provides all kinds of food and drinks.

the first night lacked hot water , a real issue after a long day of travel. the concierge did not arrange a taxi as requested. the many room lights were controlled by numerous switches . the shower area was dimly lit and visible from much of the room , compromising privacy.

good facilities nice breakfast junior suite non-functional bathroom fixed temperature forgotten charger

i stayed in a junior suite. facilities in the room were very good. the breakfast was very nice.

a few things were not great , like the bathroom in general which was looking good , but was not functional. room temperature was apparently fixed as the panel did not allow me to change temp , so it was a bit annoying during the night. i also forgot a phone charger in my room , but after checking out nobody notified me.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED this hotel!

easy access super clean room helpful staff

The hotel offers easy access by tram or bus. The stop is just outside. the staff was helpful, and I found the room super clean with daily cleaning. it is not hard at all to reach any destination because almost anything you may need is close to this hotel.

the shower area is visible from half the room and it doesn't offer much privacy.

the hotel resides in a quieter area, meaning the sleep quality IS pleasant. the tram stop sits right in front. access to the center takes only ten minutes.

the communication from the team was amazing . the reception hosts were so helpful both day and NIGHT. they gave all the directions for the underground parking.
