My room was quite spacious and very clean. Fresh towels arrived daily. I loved the shower gel scent. The front desk staff was professional and kind. They greatly helped me during check-in.
It felt cramped with two people and suitcases.

the location is convenient for tram lines and the metro.
there were three beds in the room, which reduced the space. i also saw a break line under the carpet (.. ) i couldn't understand what was reason. the decoration covers on the bed had stains and did not look clean.

i was very pleased to discover this place. the room felt spacious, and i found it clean and comfy. the location was good with easy access to trams and shops. the front desk staff was also friendly and helpful!
i noticed some parts seemed a bit old. the furnishings looked worn in some areas. it would be good to see some updates to maintain the overall quality.
