The taxi situation was poorly handled. I booked four taxis for a group, and only two arrived at the scheduled time. My taxi arrived forty-five minutes late, a big problem with my flight departing soon. The receptionist's sarcastic comments about missing the flight were not helpful. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable for a hotel that arranges airport transportation. It caused a mad dash through the airport to barely catch the plane. I now missed my connecting flight because of this taxi disorganization.

the location is super convenient! i had a quick five-minute drive to the airport. the restaurant team was friendly, and the food was amazing! i also liked the generous room size.
