Convenient and Friendly Stay Near the Office
convenient location polite staff
The location was close to my office. Therefore, I could walk easily. The staff were polite, and they worked around the clock. I found local restaurants and bars nearby where Dutch-speaking people spent their free time. I enjoyed immersing myself in this atmosphere as it differed from Brussels.
The breakfast I paid extra for was quite basic and not worth the cost. My room lacked proper glasses, cups, or tea and coffee-making facilities. I experienced some noise from neighboring rooms. This was not ideal.

The hotel restaurant offered takeaway pizzas one night, and I thought they were excellent. The hotel included an Italian restaurant, and it was very convenient. I also found multiple restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

The hotel reception was helpful in getting a taxi back to the airport in the morning. The front desk receptionist was cute. Checking in and checking out was efficient and friendly. I appreciated this.

My room was bigger than I expected, and it had sufficient storage. The bed was comfortable. A fan was available in the room upon my arrival, and I got good use out of it!

shower door bathroom accessories
the shower had issues. the shower door was not closing properly. i found this inconvenient. also, there werent many bathroom accessories. i only found shower gel and one towel. this wasnt enough for two people. i regret i had to ask for another one.

The hotel restaurant featured AMAZING pizza. I found the staff at reception readily available. They gave assistance . Free parking was available in the back. This was so helpful.
The soap system was a bit HARD to use.

The room was spacious. it was spotlessly clean as well. the bed seemed very comfortable and i slept well. i really liked the italian restaurant next door too. I had a fabulous meal there.
i found that the balcony door was broken. it could be easily opened from the outside. this needs to be fixed soon.
