The airport shuttle was excellent. It saved me a lot of hassle getting to my early flight. My room was spacious, it included all the basics. Breakfast had many options. I especially liked the fresh pastries.

Housekeeping did not do a thorough job. There were hairs on the bathroom floor. The room phone was not working. False fire alarms went off during the night. It was a disturbing experience.

the super nice team i even got my breakfast to go as i was catching the airport shuttle early it was such a great gesture the airport shuttle was very reliable and right on time both ways it was amazing

the wifi was not working i could not connect to the internet at all the tv also did not work there was no entertainment in the room so i was bored

A Convenient and Clean Stay

efficient shuttle spacious room convenient location

The location provided easy access to transportation, allowing simple movement to and from the airport. The shuttle service ran efficiently and helped to save both time and money. The rooms were very spacious and well kept.

The elevators experienced intermittent issues , which led to slight delays.

efficient reception breakfast variety short taxi

i stayed for several nights (i think it was 3) and the reception service was really efficient. the breakfast had varieties, and was worth it. the taxi to the airport took only minutes.

the lack of a refrigerator in the rooms was a very minor inconvenience.

Mediocre stay with issues

The breakfast met my expectations it had a decent selection.

The airport shuttle was a disaster there were delays and poor communication about the pickup location. I had to pay for a taxi to the airport ultimately adding unexpected costs to my trip. The room phone didn't work so contacting the front desk was difficult adding to my frustration

fantastic stay

clean room helpful features really good staff

I appreciated the CLEAN room and its helpful features such as the available hairdryer and iron. the staff was really good. PEDRO provided excellent assistance and displayed immense kindness. it. The waitress even told me where I could get BETTER food.

the shuttle situation was difficult because instructions about the pick-up location were missing. finding the correct spot proved challenging. IT was raining and cold so this made finding my way difficult.
