clean rooms and convenient location

clean room helpful staff city center
The room was clean (i had a double room). the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel is close to the city center, easy to get around. i appreciated the quietness at night. I slept well.
there were no sockets near the bed. this made charging my phone overnight a bit inconvenient.

Efficient Stay near the City Center

renovated room comfortable mattress arabic food
The room was renovated and had a comfortable mattress. The self-checking process worked well without needing assistance from staff. I found many great Arabic food options right outside, definitely a plus. The location close to the city center suited my travel plans.
The shower had simple controls, and i could not adjust the temperature precisely.

digital keys easy access
The room was tidy and it had all commodities. I found easy access to the building and to my room, through the digital keys I received in good time and they worked well.
The fan in the room barely worked.

tidy room friendly staff kind gentleman
the room was tidy, i found it near grand place (it's a nice walk!). the staff were very friendly and helpful, a very kind gentleman at the reception. i was happy to see coffee in the morning as a bonus.

basic stay with issues

difficult shower chewing gum
the shower was a real problem. i had to keep pressing a button just to keep the water flowing. also, there wasn't a shower head, only a stream from above. this made it hard to wash properly, especially with long hair. it was difficult to maintain proper hygiene in those conditions. i found a used chewing gum stuck to the wall, a real oversight.
