The staff are super friendly and helpful! The room was clean and warm. I also appreciated the location near the Gillon tram station. It's really close. I could get around so easily!
The bed was too hard. The room are small. There aren't any towel racks so I had to hang my towel over the heater. The WiFi was cutting out at night.

convenient location with a clean room
metro stationfree watercoffee service
The metro station was close! and i could easily access different transport options. Like buses and trams. brussels, nord station was a ten minute walk. free bottled water was provided daily. Also coffee was free .

Some Issues During My Stay
small roomunpleasant odor
The room felt quite small. There was too much furniture inside, so it looked a bit cramped. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor. I needed to ventilate it upon arrival. I also noticed someones hair on the bedsheets. This was not ideal.
