a FAIR stay
spacious room comfy bed hotel reception unsafe feeling
The rooms were spacious and inviting. the room also had comfy bed and pillows. The hotel accommodated my late check in AND early check out.
i didn't feel ENTIRELY safe. the hotel reception is in one building. the rooms are in another. the room, especially the bathroom, was not clean.

surprisingly good!
friendly staff free water coffee great location 24 7 reception
The staff was really nice! everything was clean and i liked that they offered free water and coffee. the location was great. The subway is a short walk and the brussels-north train station is also nearby. the 24/7 reception gave me a good sense of security, and i appreciated it!
The soundproofing could be better. I did hear some noise from the hallway, but it wasn't too disruptive.

The staff were helpful and friendly. They were available 24/7, and were always ready to assist with directions and information about the area. i really appreciated their warm welcome.

My standard double room was clean and modern. It provided all basic needs, including a mini fridge with complimentary water. there was also coffee available for free, very cute. the bed was especially comfortable, too.

the hotel location is excellent! it's close to the center of brussels and just a short walk from the subway. the brussels-north train station is also within easy reach.

Superb hotel and I had a blast!
luminous rooms big bathroom handy location
Rooms were really luminous and pretty! The bathroom was big and it features a nice italian shower. The hotel location is great, right next to public transportation and supermarkets. Complementary water, fruit and coffee was available at all times.
The hotel reception is in one building but rooms are in another. This arrangement makes it a little less secure!

All of the wonderful staff deserve commendation. Specifically, the receptionists were warm and cute. They also accommodated all additional requests I had, and , made things easy.

helpful staff convenient location hard bed no towel rack
The staff are super friendly and helpful! The room was clean and warm. I also appreciated the location near the Gillon tram station. It's really close. I could get around so easily!
The bed was too hard. The room are small. There aren't any towel racks so I had to hang my towel over the heater. The WiFi was cutting out at night.

convenient location with a clean room
metro station free water coffee service
The metro station was close! and i could easily access different transport options. Like buses and trams. brussels, nord station was a ten minute walk. free bottled water was provided daily. Also coffee was free .

Some Issues During My Stay
small room unpleasant odor
The room felt quite small. There was too much furniture inside, so it looked a bit cramped. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor. I needed to ventilate it upon arrival. I also noticed someones hair on the bedsheets. This was not ideal.
