Fantastic Stay Near the Haram

I found a really good shuttle service was available to the Haram. The reception was helpful. I liked the professional, cordial attitude, especially from Essam. Check in and check out processes runs so smoothly.

The basic room feels dirty considering its price. There are better options available. I think the breakfast staff was rude and menu not good at all.

A Tender Stay

The staff show helpfulness, a true gift. Rooms look clean and feel spacious. The shuttle bus is frequent to Al-Haram, it's a gentle ride.

The fire alarm sounded many times, a disruption to our peaceful sleep. It went off day and night.

The rooms had daily cleaning, they felt always super clean. The room sizes provide enough space. The housekeeping service show helpfulness, add value to overall stay, it enhance experience.

Al-Haram stood at a distance, reached using provided shuttle. This bus service feel frequent. Even with the bus, an eight-minute journey was still necessary, but it's very manageable.

I liked that the hotel was clean and I found the 24-hour bus service to Al Haram very useful. Staff was helpful. Essam, at reception, was professional. He greeted me well at check-in and check-out. I found shops around the hotel.

The shower could be better. Hot water wasn't consistent.
