adequate stay, but some issues noted

The distance to the haram was further than expected. this made transportation difficult. i often waited longer than i wanted for the shuttle. the room service was also inconsistent. Sometimes, it took longer than expected to get necessary items like towels or toilet paper. this caused minor inconveniences .

i found the hotel to be quite spacious with a supermarket and currency exchange inside. there was a large prayer room available for both men and women. the location was convenient (i could find shops and restaurants nearby).

The staff were helpful. Mr khaled bakhsh was particularly friendly. early check-in was quick and much appreciated. i found the shuttle service convenient with buses running regularly to the mosque.

the hotel is located near al haram, approximately a 20-minute walk. it is close to the haram (i appreciated the proximity). walking to the haram through the tunnel of the adjacent hotel is practical.

the breakfast was delicious and included a variety of options. i noted the availability of drinking water even when the restaurant was closed. the hotel offers lunch and dinner in the restaurant (i paid 25 riyals).

The breakfast really disappointed me. the variety seemed quite limited, and many items felt repetitive over my four-day stay. i also noticed the distance to the haram was further than i anticipated. It was quite a walk, and taxi availability was inconsistent.
