occupied room system error
The breakfast offered a good intercontinental selection. It was a great start to the day.
Upon check-in, I received a key to an occupied room, a major oversight that left me quite unsettled. I entered the room in the early morning and discovered someone sleeping in the bed. The staff attributed this to a system error, a weak excuse given my advance notice of my early arrival. I booked an extra day specifically to accommodate this.

Solid Stay with Convenient Amenities

The hotel's location is definitely a plus, a short walk to the Haram. I found several useful shops right in the building. The breakfast buffet offered many choices. The staff was helpful throughout my stay.
I noticed some hallway odors at times.

The hotel features a ground floor mall with various shops and restaurants, offering convenience for dining and shopping. I appreciated this feature, saving me from needing to go far for essentials. The elevator service was efficient, operating fast and without prolonged wait times.

My room included a twin bed and standard furnishings, offering a functional space. The bathroom was equipped with necessary toiletries and towels. I had a satisfactory experience with the provided facilities .
Location

The hotel is approximately a 10-minute walk to the Masjid Al Haram. This proximity made it easy to access prayers. Getting to the hotel from Sae took only about ten minutes.

inaccurate room size cramped space
The staff was friendly enough. The room was acceptable.
The advertised room size was inaccurate. It felt much smaller than 32 square meters. the cramped space made it uncomfortable with little room to move around with all the single beds. i was disappointed by this misrepresentation.

good location available taxis no iron long wait
the location was really good as it was less than ten minutes walk to safa marwa side. lots of taxis were available outside going to various destinations.
There was no iron in the room. It was unbelievable. i gave laundry for ironing and had to wait a long time for it.
