The hotel is close to Wangfujing shopping area and eateries. The staff was helpful. They assisted with train tickets. My room was spacious and comfortable. The shopping area is within walking distance.

The hotel did not offer complimentary breakfast. I consider this important for a hotel of this standard.

The room was renovated. Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries were provided. There were two windows. These can be opened. The room also included a safe, a kettle and a fridge.

The hotel has a pool. It looked clean and well-kept. The gym equipment looked modern. I noticed several treadmills and weight machines. The space was well lit.

I enjoyed my modern rooms. It was quiet at night. I found very good breakfast in the morning. WiFi connection worked very well too.

the staff offered great support . boyd fan stood out. he went beyond his duties as a concierge. the cleaners were very thorough.

the air conditioning was set at a constant temperature. i was unable to lower it, so my room was warm. the bathroom lacked ventilation. it was hotter than the room and very uncomfortable.
