the staff were amazing and very attentive. the location is perfect because it is near the metro.
the carpets in my room were dirty and i think it needs a refresh. my room was also excessively hot, more than 28 degrees celsius, even it was cold outside.

i appreciated the helpful concierge staff who provided great directions and local dining tips. the gym had modern equipment, including treadmills and stationary bikes. i found the spacious room very comfortable, with a modern bathroom, a rainfall shower, and plush towels. the breakfast buffet was excellent, with a diverse selection of high-quality pastries and well-organized service.
The side entrance to the lobby felt gloomy due to limited lighting. The main entrance was closed. the hotel felt slightly dated, and maintenance could be improved in some areas. it did detract somewhat from the initial impression of the hotel.

the location was very convenient, near a metro station. my room was also spacious and comfy for my family. it was easy to explore the area because the hotel was near a mall and a pedestrian street.
the thermostat didn't work well, and the room felt too warm. i spoke with the front desk, and someone adjusted it, but nothing changed. on the second night of my stay, i was given a fan to help with the temperature.
