Acceptable Stay with Air Conditioning Issues
air conditioning unresolved issue
The air conditioning barely worked . My room was uncomfortably warm, reaching 30 degrees Celsius at times.. I reported this to the staff, but it took them multiple days and requests to finally resolve the issue by switching my room.

afternoon tea beautiful decor big bathtub
i adored the afternoon tea! the food was fabulous, i enjoyed the wide selection. the room was clean, and the decor was beautiful. the big bathtub was such a treat after a long day.
The air conditioning wasn't working super well. It was a bit warm in the room

The hotel's location near the subway was convenient for exploring (it made getting around so simple!). The staff were helpful. They quickly addressed any questions I had. The breakfast buffet had many options. The hotel lobby had festive Christmas decorations.

attentive staff perfect location dirty carpets excessive heat
the staff were amazing and very attentive. the location is perfect because it is near the metro.
the carpets in my room were dirty and i think it needs a refresh. my room was also excessively hot, more than 28 degrees celsius, even it was cold outside.

roman holiday revisited, was superb
helpful staff modern equipment spacious room
i appreciated the helpful concierge staff who provided great directions and local dining tips. the gym had modern equipment, including treadmills and stationary bikes. i found the spacious room very comfortable, with a modern bathroom, a rainfall shower, and plush towels. the breakfast buffet was excellent, with a diverse selection of high-quality pastries and well-organized service.
The side entrance to the lobby felt gloomy due to limited lighting. The main entrance was closed. the hotel felt slightly dated, and maintenance could be improved in some areas. it did detract somewhat from the initial impression of the hotel.

decent experience at this location
convenient location spacious room family comfort faulty thermostat warm room inadequate adjustment
the location was very convenient, near a metro station. my room was also spacious and comfy for my family. it was easy to explore the area because the hotel was near a mall and a pedestrian street.
the thermostat didn't work well, and the room felt too warm. i spoke with the front desk, and someone adjusted it, but nothing changed. on the second night of my stay, i was given a fan to help with the temperature.
