A good stay in the heart of everything

The hotel is near a subway station. It is convenient for exploring. I found getting around to different attractions SIMPLE! The staff sent items up via a robot. It was quite efficient and also a bit novel.

The air conditioning did not cool my room below 24c. There were some stains on the carpet. I hope they address these issues soon.

The room was spacious and very clean. There were both USB charging ports and power sockets available, quite convenient for various devices. A computer chair was at the table, and this added comfort for working in the room.

Breakfast included a noodle area and made-to-order eggs, so there were many options. Sliced and whole fruits provided a healthy choice. There was also a salad bar. Several hot food selections and dim sum completed the extensive buffet.

The gym includes a safety weight bench along with several machines for workouts. The hotel includes a coffee machine with pods, along with milk and water. There were three combo washer and dryers, useful for doing laundry.

The hotel is very near the main shopping area. There is a Starbucks right across the street from the hotel, very convenient for a quick coffee. The walkways to guest rooms are brightly lit. This adds a sense of security.

The staff were always polite and professional. The concierge was particularly helpful with transport queries. Cleaning staff consistently kept my room very neat. I appreciated this attention.

The location was convenient for seeing the city, and the breakfast had a large selection of foods.

The washing and laundry area was a mess! The hotel needs to implement a better policy for laundry use. There were no clear instructions, and the dryer often errored out because the water holder was full. the front desk staff didn't seem to care about issues, often directing me to someone else.
