The wifi was REALLY unavailable . The staff was unhelpful about this issue and blamed my devices. I spotted cockroaches in my room and noticed a sewage smell in the bathroom.

convenient locationeasy accessfriendly housekeeper

i found the location very convenient. the hotel is close to Wangfujing Street, offering easy access to many food options. the metro stops nearby helped me get around to various attractions easily.. the staff was also helpful. i especially appreciated the friendly housekeeper, Zhang Cailin, who kept my room clean.
