There is high-speed lift access and designated uphill routes. The resort has two green trails for beginners, five blue trails for intermediate riders, five black trails for advanced mountain bikers, and two double black trails for experts.

The Highlands At Harbor Springs is 25 km from Pellston Regional. Nearby is Boyne Highlands Resort, 0.5 km away. Winter in northern Michigan features fresh snow and cold days.
