Each newly updated room features a range of offerings and amenities. Guests will find heating, air conditioning, a sitting area, free toiletries, an AM/FM alarm clock, a flat-screen TV, and a carpeted floor. Select apartments offer a fireplace. Kitchenettes include a refrigerator and a microwave for storing and cooking food. Some apartments have 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom with a bath or a shower and a hairdryer, and three beds. Other apartments feature 1 living room, 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a bath or a shower and free toiletries, and four beds. All apartments have a coffee machine, a seating area, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a private entrance.

There is high-speed lift access and designated uphill routes. The resort has two green trails for beginners, five blue trails for intermediate riders, five black trails for advanced mountain bikers, and two double black trails for experts.

The Highlands At Harbor Springs is 25 km from Pellston Regional. Nearby is Boyne Highlands Resort, 0.5 km away. Winter in northern Michigan features fresh snow and cold days. The ivy-covered Main Lodge resembles an English country estate. The resort opens for the Winter season from November or December through March.
