Acceptable Location, Disappointing Room Service

towel service staff negligence

The hotel sits very close to the subway and train station.

The staff changed the towels only once. The rest of the time I put the towels on the floor so they know to change them. They folded them back and put them in the bathroom instead. The front desk staff also showed negligence to basic human needs as I had a medical emergency with a tooth infection and a swollen face. They did not know any emergency room nearby and refused to find out any information.

convenient location helpful staff good breakfast

I found the location very convenient near the train station. the staff were helpful with directions. i really liked the breakfast. It had a good variety of food and drinks. robot delivery was available for orders, which i found very useful.

the room design felt a bit strange, with the layout maximizing space in a way that somewhat detracted from overall comfort.

decent spread good location dirty carpet bad odor

the breakfast had a decent spread of both chinese and western dishes so i had no major issues eating there every day. the location was very good near the subway and rail station i also noticed a mini-mart and pharmacy just around the corner if needed.

i found the carpet to be dirty it really needed a good cleaning. the towels had a slight bad odor i think they could improve their laundry process to address this issue.
