friendly staff complimentary drinks great location small room bathroom smell flat pillows
the location was great. i found it near the main shopping area (easy access to everything!). the staff was friendly and helpful. i also liked the complimentary drinks in the lobby from 3pm to 9pm. it included alcohol and non-alcohol options.
the room was unexpectedly small. moving around with luggage was difficult. the bathroom had a strange smell, which i didn't like. the pillows were flat (i found them uncomfortable).

I found the free drinks and ice cream great. There was also coin laundry for washing clothes and a scale for weighing luggage.
The room was not very soundproof. I could hear children running from one room to another and the neighbors talking for half the night.

free drinks massage chairs
I really appreciated the free drinks available each evening (it made for a nice little gathering). the lobby had massage chairs. Using them was a treat after a long day of exploring. fresh towels arrived daily, and complimentary water bottles was each day, too.

The hotel provides complimentary drinks and ice cream, a very welcome touch. The location was awesome. It was a short walk to the main shopping and entertainment area. I found the bed very comfortable.

free amenities friendly staff central location
i really appreciated the free amenities offered! the staff provided free drinks and food daily and they were so nice! the location was super close to the main attractions and food, i can't wait to come back next year.
the pillows were too hard and stiff for me.
