opaque glass claustrophobic feeling

The breakfast selection lacked options for those not wanting japanese food. my room lacked a proper window. It only had an opaque glass panel that i could not open. the breakfast room also had no windows. the overall feeling in the hotel was a bit claustrophobic. There were no public restrooms available.

The location is convenient. It's just a short walk to the station. I appreciated the close proximity to both a convenience store and a pharmacy. The calming ambience and pleasant scents throughout the hotel created a relaxing atmosphere. Laundry facilities were available, and I found this very useful .

Excellent Experience Near the Station

I appreciated the provided phone charger in my room. The hotel staff ensured both continental and Japanese breakfasts were available in abundance. I also loved the coffee maker available directly in the room. The level of sophistication impressed me!

I found the lack of natural daylight a bit disappointing. My room lacked direct access to it. The designers did their best to maximize the aesthetics. no rooms in the building tucked right up against the blank wall of another building have this access.

the hotel was super conveniently located close to the station. staff was very nice and accommodating of our luggage. breakfast included japanese and western options, it was good. i liked the amenities in the lobby, i picked what i needed instead of everything being in the room.

i run hotels and know that plenty of rooms are ready earlier but they stuck to a 3 pm check in when it was nearly 2pm on our arrival.

the hotel is very close to the railway station. many facilities, like places to eat and shops, are nearby, a definite plus. the provided breakfast was quite nice. the room had a comfortable bed and all necessary amenities.

the room had something that looked like a window, but it wasn't functional so I couldn't check the weather.

The location near the station proved convenient. I found the staff consistently friendly and helpful. The guest lounge provided a lovely space to relax. I enjoyed the bed. It ensured restful nights.

I noticed the bathroom was somewhat small. There was not enough space for toiletries, so I had to keep some items in my bag. This could be improved to enhance guest convenience. I hope there will be changes soon
