Excellent Location and Comfortable Stay

The check-in process was flawless and efficient. The staff were lovely and readily helped with our luggage transfer and any queries we had. The hotel is located within the train station itself. I did not experience any disturbance from trains .

I found there was limited information about local attractions. Self-laundry facilities would be a great addition to the hotel. I had difficulty doing my laundry outside the hotel.

The hotel provides very easy access to shops, restaurants, and train lines. Direct access to the JR lines and other trains and major bus routes simplifies travel. The hotel's location makes exploring the city very convenient.

The staff offered quick answers when I sent questions via the hotel app. Their responsiveness proved very helpful when I was stuck because of a train disruption. The staff were kind, helpful, and attentive to my needs.

The hotel is directly connected to the train station. This made accessing various lines very easy. The hotel also provides pajamas and basic amenities. The self-checkout process was simple.

The room did smell a bit musty, which I think was due to the carpet and humidity.

The room felt quite cramped. There wasn't much space to move around. I also noticed a musty smell (it reminded me of old carpet) that I couldn't get rid of, even with the air conditioning running. The breakfast options seemed limited, especially if you prefer more Western-style foods. The lack of fresh fruit at breakfast was disappointing, and gluten-free options were completely absent. I wish the hotel had addressed these issues to.
