the location is ideal it is near the train station this provided easy access to transportation

the room i had was small and lacked storage options there was not a wardrobe and only a few hangers were available this meant my clothes remained in my suitcase under the bed

an okay stay, some downsides though

bathroom odortable stains

I found some issues . the bathroom ventilation wasn't great, so there was a noticeable odor. also, some of the tables and chairs had stains on them. It was not pleasant. i expected better cleanliness for what i paid.

The location is amazing. we found some good bars and restaurants nearby. the hotel is very new, and our room was beautifully appointed. the separate toilet to the shower room was a great idea. The hotel provided all toiletries.

the rooms include leg massage machines, a very considerate touch. there is also a luggage storage service and a complimentary coffee and tea during the day and a complimentary supper in the evenings. they really thought of everything

the staff were very polite and helpful. i was able to send my luggage to my next hotel using the service available. they even offered complimentary ice lollies at reception, especially helpful in the summer.

the hotel is directly across from a station. the nankai airport express train is accessible directly from the airport! it is within walking distance to dotonburi too. it's so easy to get around.

The triple family room was too small for three adults. we had limited space to open luggage unless it was on the bed. also, there were too many hotel toiletries in the bathroom and insufficient space for my own. i prefer a bit more room for personal items. It felt cluttered.
