Wonderful Experience
courtesy shuttle spacious rooms nice pool simple transfer
I found the courtesy shuttle to be very useful. It made going to the station so simple. I also noticed the rooms were spacious. They are much larger than others I have been in.
Soundproofing between rooms is not good. I could hear neighbors easily.

shuttle bus helpful staff extra fee pool access
The shuttle bus service to the station was particularly useful! it made getting around SO easy. the staff were also very courteous and helpful with directions.
the gym and pool both required an extra fee to use. this was a bit disappointing as i expected these amenities to be included.

extra charge limited hours
the fitness center was an extra charge. i found this annoying. i think guests should have free access to basic amenities. also, the shuttle bus to the train station had limited hours. i would have liked it to run earlier (the first bus was at 9 am) as i like to start my days early.

underwhelming stay, some issues need addressing
dirty window unfriendly staff
The room wasn't great. the bathroom window seemed very dirty, it had grime all over it. i thought the staff wasn't friendly. They didn't seem interested in helping. there were also no veggie options at breakfast, a shame, i expected more diversity. the overall experience left me feeling let down.

Great hotel near the station!
convenient location rotating restaurant train station
This hotel has several restaurants. The location is convenient, close to train stations and the Aeon mall. There are lots of restaurants to choose from around the corner. I thought the rotating restaurant was amazing (the view was awesome!).
The gym and pool had limited access hours (130pm). I prefer working out before my day starts. The opening hours were inconvenient for me.

The room was spacious and offered extra storage for clothes and luggage. It was also very clean and quiet, which i really liked. Overall the room was awesome!

The staff were friendly and helpful. They promptly arranged a taxi for us, ready by the time we reached the lobby. It was a fast and easy service. i will surely return to this amazing hotel.

Comfortable Stay Close to Everything!
great location breakfast choices
I found the hotel to be in a great location! It was a short walk to the train station. This made getting around very easy. The breakfast buffet had many options, including some really good healthy choices.
The pool area was very hot. The humidity was high and the lighting was dim. Jazz music played too loud.
