great location quiet area little light small room
the location was great. surprisingly, it was quiet considering its busy area.
our room was small. it had little to NO natural light, a little off putting for my stay.

limited space soft bed
the lobby was nice.
The room was smaller than i expected, and it felt cramped with luggage. The bathroom door opened outwards, even more difficult to move around in the limited space. Also the bed was too soft for my liking, so i didn't sleep well.

inefficient layout sub-standard coffee
The location is convenient. It allows easy access to attractions and shopping. The twin room was spacious enough, great to open our luggage. That was acceptable.
The furniture layout felt inefficient, with unused dead space, though. We had to rearrange things to suit our needs. The beds were separated by a tight gap, about 30 cm from the wall. This could have created more walkable space. I also found the breakfast coffee sub-standard, but the machine in the lounge made much better coffee!

Excellent Location and Modern Amenities
main attractions complimentary sake spacious suitcases
The location is unbeatable. I walked to many main attractions with ease. The complimentary sake each day was a NICE touch. My room was spacious enough. My two large suitcases fit without problems.
The reception staff were a little cool. They didn't offer the warm greetings I experienced elsewhere in Japan.

The staff was helpful. They were happy to keep my luggage until check-in. I got tokens each day from the reception to enjoy the free sake (a VERY nice touch!).

The hotel offers free tea and coffee in the foyer dining area. A coffee machine provides options like matcha latte and cappuccino. Breakfast has good choices (i especially liked the pastries!).

The hotel is modern and clean. I appreciated the decor. There's also free sake at night. I used the TV to stream apps such as Netflix to it in the evening.

This hotel is in a convenient place for major attractions and metro stations. I could easily walk to all the main sightseeing spots. It is situated right in the heart of the main avenue.
