The subway station is very close. That makes travel easy. I found most attractions accessible by walking. I liked that.
The hotel room felt small. It seemed smaller than similar rooms I saw. The room lacked a separate bathroom. I did not like that.

I loved the modern, functional interior design! it felt super new and well-kept. the spa facilities were a dream. I used them every day to unwind after exploring. i loved the convenience of the location, made getting around so easy. the pricing was amazing too!

service shortcomings and room issues

small room subpar onsen
The room size proved smaller than anticipated, especially when compared to similarly priced accommodations elsewhere. the lack of daily cleaning over my three-night stay was quite disappointing. This felt rather inconvenient. the onsen was acceptable, but it did not quite meet expectations in terms of overall quality.

roomy room friendly staff flat sofa missing sheets
the hotel room was very roomy. the staff are all very friendly. i liked that.
The sofa bed is not really a sofa-bed. it is basically just a flat sofa. they do not make it up for you. You have to put your own sheets on the sofa. that was not ideal.

the room was clean! and spacious. i found the onsen relaxing. i also appreciated the traditional japanese breakfast, though advance notice was needed. i was greeted warmly and felt looked after.
